I’m delighted to have had the opportunity to compose music for Theater@First’s production of Mary Zimmerman’s Metamorphoses, a highly acclaimed stage adaptation of Ovid’s epic poem! I aimed to evoke an ancient, otherworldly atmosphere without being beholden to a specific tradition, complementing the timelessness of myth.
