aether is a minimalist vocalise, inspired by mainly the music of Brian Eno, Arvo Pärt, and Steve Reich. It is in six sections that alternate between slow, serene meditation, and faster, pulsating music. I hope to create a shifting, enveloping sound world that eventually drives towards an ecstatic climax.
